The pressure sensors can be integrated flexibly into your AZURA Bio LC System. The use of two biocompatible pressure sensors offers the possibility of differential pressure measurement over the column via an interface box. The pressure on the column can thus be measured automatically. If the delta pressure exceeds the preset limit during the run, it will either pause the run, lower the flowrate or trigger another action. The pressure traces are logged as data trace in the PurityChrom® software.
