The CHRONECT Symbiosis Sampler is an XYZ robot that is installed on or next to the chromatographic system. The injection unit with the syringe can be moved along the entire transversal rail (up to 2m length available). All modules such as sample trays or Peltier racks, vortex mixers, agitators, various wash tools or, if required, centrifuges, balances and microwaves are mounted below the transversal. The injection syringe can be moved flexibly in X, Y or Z direction. The modules and their arrangement in the system can be individually configured in each sampler, depending on the requirements of the application.
CHRONECT Symbiosis systems from Target Analysis may be used for standalone sample clean-up or paired with liquid chromatography. They can be employed as front-ends for a variety of detectors, including mass spectrometers (LC-MS or LC-MS-MS), UV-Visible or photodiode array (PDA) detectors, fluorometers, or any other liquid chromatography-compatible detection modules.
CHRONECT Symbiosis systems are controlled by CHRONOS Software.
CHRONOS interfaces readily with over a dozen data acquisition and control packages for the most popular commercial mass spectrometers, including Sciex, Agilent, Waters, Thermo, Shimadzu, Bruker, and many others.
