SPE-LC and liquid injection without manual interaction

This instrument includes two SPE clamps that can run SPE cartridges (10 x 1 mm ID) up to 1,000 bar. With these clamps and the cartridge format, the system is optimally equipped to be used with UHPLC columns up to 1,000 bar and lower UHPLC flow rates than usual for LC separations. Method development is just as possible as with the PLUS system. Also, with ADVANCED, both direct UHPLC injection and online SPE injection can be performed without manual interaction. While sample purification is taking place on one cartridge, SPE-UHPLC-MS can run simultaneously on another cartridge. The run time of each sample is determined by the LC-MS analysis time. Peak focusing for the use of mixed-mode SPE cartridges at 1,000 bar can be realized with an additional SPH1299 UHPLC pump.

CHRONOS organizes the connection to the LC-MS. All CHRONECT Symbiosis systems are able to process multiple batches/assays quickly and reliably with maximum analytical performance without supervision.
