The Lafil 300 vacuum pump is a unique filtration device that combines a vacuum source with optional filtration accessories. Its compact design saves a lot of bench space compared to conventional equipment. The fence-like platform prevents the waste bottle from tipping over due to carelessness. The Lafil 300 pumps are powered by a piston motor that requires no lubricant, regular oil changes or maintenance. Each motor in the Lafil series pumps has built-in thermal protection that automatically shuts down the pump if it overheats and resumes operation when the temperature cools.
The filter holder can be connected to the waste bottle using a patented spin-lock connection that allows for quick and stable installation without a clamp. The waste bottle has a built-in overflow protection that prevents the filtrate from overflowing when it is full. The waste bottle and filter holder are made of engineering plastics that are shatterproof, high temperature resistant and autoclavable.
