A new and easy-to-use platform for sharing and viewing MALDI HiPLEX-IHC data
SCiLS™ Scope lowers the barriers for sharing and viewing MALDI HiPLEX-IHC and MALDI Imaging data. With the easy-to-use, lightweight interface and data in the open OME-TIFF format, it is ideal for sharing data between collaborators who want to focus on examining images. Intuitive review of images within a pathological context provides more insight per pixel.
Visualization of MALDI HiPLEX-IHC data
SCiLS™ Scope enables easy image review, including overlay, adjustment and analysis of individual channels. It provides an entry point into MALDI Imaging by focusing on targeted protein panels.
SCiLS™ Scope offers essential functionality for quickly assessing acquired MALDI HiPLEX-IHC targeted spatial proteomics data. Each mass-tag released from an antibody is represented as a channel that can be visualized individually or in combination. Other important features are:
Stepless zooming
Distance measurement between biologically relevant structures
Image export by copying to clipboard or saving as PNG or TIFF files
Global brightness and contrast adjustments to all channels, or channel-independent to accommodate for difference in signal strength.
Close integration with MALDI HiPLEX-IHC workflow
The SCiLS™ Scope software completes the targeted spatial proteomics workflow provided by MALDI HiPLEX-IHC. Data acquisition is based on the SCiLS™ autopilot, using a default acquisition method and the HiPLEX mass-tags for online calibration ensuring high data quality.
